A non-refundable $450.00 registration fee, as specified in the tournament announcement, is due at the time this form is submitted. Make checks payable to Miss Shen Softball. Registration is on a first come, first served basis, with your check holding a place for your team.
 
For all invitational tournaments - all rosters, proof of age, ACE Certification forms and entry fees (checks) must be in the tournament director's hands 10 days before the tournament.
 
Any team that wants to participate in Championship Play must have their coaches (any dugout personnel) become ACE Certified for 2011.
 
All managers & coaches must be dressed alike with team shirts - no jeans or cut offs will be allowed on the field!
