2023 DMR 518 Youth Clinic

On June 11, 2023 we will be hosting the 9th annual Deanna Rivers 518 Memorial Tournament. As part of that event, we will be putting on a free youth clinic for softball players ages 8 - 12. This year, we have partnered with Upstate Sports Academy.

When: Sunday, June 11 from 11:00-12:30 (please arrive by 10:30 to check in!)

Where: Miss Shen Softball at Clifton Common

Lead instructor: Mandy Yocono (Ferro)

Cost: **FREE**

This is a great oppportunity for younger and beginner players to get som equality instruction! Afterwards, they are invited to stay and cheer on the teams made up of some local "518" players.

2023 Hayner Academy Junior Softball Summer Camp

When: July 10-14, 2023

Time: 9:00AM - Noon (please arrive early the first day to check in)

Ages: 8-14 (birth years 2009-2014)

Location: Miss Shen Fields at the Clifton Common in Clifton Park

Registration Fee: $190 (Miss Shen players get a discount during registration)

Camp Directors - Ken and Norm Hayner

Coaching Staff - Hayner Academy lesson instructors and current college softball players

In case of rain camp will be conducted at The Sports Barn (130 Rt. 236 Clifton Park NY 12065)

2023 Miss Shen Elite Camp

Miss Shen Elite Camp - June 26-30, 2023

Times: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Please arrive at 7:30 am on Day 1 for check in

Ages: 12U - 16U (birth years 2006-2011) Note: If you are a 2012 and playing up at 12U, please send a request to [email protected] and we can manually register you.

Daily schedule:

8:00 - Ready to go with coaches

8:05 - 8:55 - College coach presentation

9:00 - 12:55 - Drills at stations every 40 minutes - scrimmages

1:00 - Pickup at Miss Shen

This camp is held right at the Miss Shen Softball fields at Clifton Common in Clifton Park

2023 Guest College Coaches:
